A resident of Dallas, KC Kronbach has a wealth of experience in real estate investing. In 2007, he founded Knightvest Capital, a multifamily investment and management firm, and grew it into one of the largest apartment owners in the United States. By 2018, KC Kronbach had invested $10 billion through the company to acquire 60,000 units in high-demand metro areas in Texas, Florida, Arizona, and the Carolinas. He left active management of Knightvest Capital but remains on the advisory board.
After Knightvest, KC Kronbach joined Moxiebridge as principal. The company acquires industrial properties in Texas, adds value to them, then sells when the time is right. Moxiebridge has completed over $400 million of transactions. KC Kronbach is also the founder of Bridge Hollow Investments, a family office specializing in private equity real estate and alternative investing.
Expanding his reach beyond real estate, KC Kronbach is the co-founder of Caliza Capital, a private equity company. Through it, he leads a team that invests in high-potential companies, providing the capital and operational expertise needed to scale their growth. He focuses on companies that have $2 million to $10 million in EBITDA, defendable competitive advantages, and a long history of profitability.
Mr. Kronbach has a business degree from Baylor University and an MS from St. Edward’s University. He is a member of Tiger 21, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, and the Northwest Bible Church.
